Defining governance roles
Who decides what, and who is accountable for it.
Improving board processes
Meetings, papers, minutes and the calendar that make a board effective.
Defining board functions
Strategy, oversight, risk and compliance, set out and understood.
Continuing improvement
Review, measure and refine as the business grows.
