Finch Guides
Handbooks for high-performing boards
Finch Guides is a five-volume series of handbooks for high-performing boards by Dr Nigel Finch. It is written for the people accountable for a company and those who support them: directors, chairs and committee members, company secretaries, and the accountants, lawyers, auditors, executives and governance professionals who advise boards, as well as students of governance.

Volume One in December 2026, four more during 2027
Each volume is published as a full-colour 7 × 10 inch paperback and as an EPUB, and is backed by companion resources at finchguides.com: currency updates and corrections for every volume, and a members' library of more than 120 editable charters, workplans, registers, checklists, calendars and worksheets drawn from the books.
Five volumes
Each volume stands alone. Together they cover the governance system entire: from what a director owes, through the numbers in the board pack, to how the committee and the board run and how the record is kept.
