Zoe Chau specialises in financial analysis, corporate accounting and treasury management. After graduating with an honours degree in accounting from HKBU she commenced her career as an auditor with Deloitte conducting audit reviews, risk assessments and compliance for Hong Kong clients across a diverse range of industries.
For more than 10 years she has held specialist financial roles in multi-national and Fortune 500 companies including Johnson Electric (HKSE), PPG Industries (NYSE) and Tata Steel (NSE) where she has had responsibility for financial accounting and consolidation under IFRS and GAAP, cash flow forecasting and management accounting. She has also worked as a treasury analyst performing FX risk analysis and cash flow hedging across global supply chains.
Zoe has considerable experience in developing management reports, overseeing internal controls and designing standard operating procedures within complex accounting, finance and treasury environments. She has successfully implemented a number of ERP systems including Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Oracle Hyperion.
Zoe has a master’s degree in international trade law from UTS where she has studied multilateral and regional trade, foreign investment and market regulation. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of CPA Australia.
Zoe is multilingual and proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
