Aleisha is a Financial Accountant specialising in cost and profitability analysis, cash flow forecasting, international transactions and currency risk management. She has held positions as Export Trade Manager and Group Financial Account for a global paper manufacturing and packaging group, negotiating hedging contracts and options with financial institutions across foreign exchange and commodities, as well as managing large inventories.
Previously, she was a Corporate Accountant in Singapore in the gaming sector operating across 280 facilities worldwide. She had oversight of player risk programs, designing and maintaining internal control systems and compliance across a range of risk management and regulatory reporting frameworks including gaming regulation, anti-money laundering and taxation reporting throughout South East Asian jurisdictions.
Prior to her roles in accounting, Aleisha was an experienced Executive Assistant providing high-level administrative and management support to chairman and senior executives including overseeing board paper preparation, conducting market research, liaison with external stakeholders, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Aleisha holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Macquarie University. She is a member of the Australian Marketing Institute and CPA Australia.
Aleisha is multilingual and fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
